a delicious serving of fresh berry cheese pancakes

This scrumptiously easy cheese pancake recipe will serve 2 – 4 people depending on how hungry they are.

The fresh berry topping along with the real maple syrup turns the pancakes into a real treat.

You can use a large frying pan/skillet to cook the cheese pancake batter.

However, for even tastier results I recommend using a cast-iron griddle.

The one I recommend and use for most of my cast iron cooking whether I’m cooking on the hob, oven or BBQ is the Bruntmor reversible grill and griddle. It comes conveniently already pre-seasoned and it will last you a lifetime.

It is ideal for cooking delicious pancakes, pizzas and because it comes with a heavy grill press it is also great for cooking deliciously tender steaks and chops.

You can use it on top of your cooker, in the oven, and even on a camp-fire.

  • Carefully flip each pancake and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes or just until golden brown on the bottom. Transfer the cooked pancakes to a platter and keep warm. Repeat this process with remaining olive oil until all the batter is cooked.
